“Showed up in my apartment lot in 40 minutes, replaced my battery and tested the alternator while I finished a meeting upstairs. No tow, no Uber, no lost half-day. This is how car repair should work.

“Quoted me half what the dealer wanted on rear brakes. Brought the parts, did it in my driveway in South Philly, walked me through what was actually worn. Honest. I won't go to a shop again.

“Check engine light came on the morning of a long drive. Kaba was at my place by 9, scanned it, fixed the bad sensor, sent a written report. Was on the turnpike by lunch. Worth every penny.

04 / FAQ

Things you're probably wondering.

How does mobile mechanic service actually work? +

You book a service or call us. We confirm the job, give you a written quote, and roll out to your address with the right parts and tools. Most jobs are done in your driveway, parking lot, or workplace lot in 30–120 minutes. You don't have to be there the whole time — we keep you in the loop by text.

What kinds of repairs can you do on-site? +

Most maintenance and a lot of repairs: oil & fluids, brakes, batteries, alternators, starters, diagnostics, AC service, tune-ups, sensors, belts & hoses, mount/balance tires, and pre-purchase inspections. Big stuff like transmission rebuilds or frame work needs a shop — we'll tell you straight up if your job is one of those, and recommend someone we trust.

Is mobile pricing more expensive than a regular shop? +

Usually less. We don't have a building, lifts, or a service writer to pay for, so labor is cheaper. You see the same warranties and OEM-grade parts, and there's no diagnostic fee if you book the repair.

What if my building / apartment doesn't allow it? +

Most don't mind a 1-hour service call. If yours does, meet us at any nearby street, lot, or garage that has 10 feet of clearance — we've worked in tighter. Many Philly customers meet us at a Wawa, Acme, or their office lot.

Do you warranty your work? +

Yes — 12-month / 12,000-mile warranty on parts and labor for almost everything we install. Wear items (brake pads, tires, batteries) carry their manufacturer warranty, which we honor.

What payment do you take? +

Card, cash, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zelle, and Venmo. Payment is taken when the job is done and you're satisfied. Fleet and business accounts get net-30 invoicing.
